We do:
Software installing and uninstalling.
E-mail clients configuration process.
Website management (application only).
Users desktop support (ex. “I can’t”, “I don’t find”, “Can’t open”, “Can’t hear”, and all related stuff).
Office support (create presentations, arrange documents, prepare worksheets, image editing, burn media, etc.).
User computing equipment and local servers equipment inventory (where is, who has, what does it have, etc.).
Pretty minor range of sofware development (little apps, loggers, console process, etc.)

Based on that, Which is a good name ?
I don’t like IT, cuz theres a IT department at a bigger scale in our organization, and all of those things above belong only to my local work center.

FYI: All IT things were done by IT deparment, as our organization has grown, we have been delegated those tasks.
